Based in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne (NE15 6DP), the Gackou Foundation (Charity No: 1193928) was born from a simple yet powerful realization: talent is universal, but opportunity is not. We saw that in many parts of rural Africa, the barrier to education wasn't a lack of schools, but the sheer, crushing weight of getting there.

Our motivation is grounded in the belief that every child deserves the right to learn without enduring a daily marathon. We are a team of dedicated individuals, united by the goal of lifting barriers. We don't just send aid; we send mobility. We send time. We send the future.
